Sleep, eat, have sex, meditate, go for a massage, repeat
Do you remember Maslow’s pyramid? I simplified it. We don’t need much. There are certain things that are quite important in our lives. But 3 of them are the most – to have a proper sleep, proper sex and proper massage. The order of those can be changed accordingly. Maybe I would add a bit of sport, good food and there you go, a recipe for a happy day. Make it a ritual that you will fall in love with and you have a happy life.
